At Adult Studio India, we do have fare policy for returns & refunds. We request you to please go through our Returns & Refunds Document before you confirm the order.
Returns & Refunds
You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items only when they are damaged or defective within 3 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge, Subject to the condition that the customer must inform us about the damaged or defective item within 24 hours the item is delivered.
However we will not able to return/replace/exchange your purchased items which are not to your liking. It is just because the items we are dealing with are of extreme personal use. And because of hygienic reasons we do not find it ethical to resell those items to other customers. Because we believe that trust is the most important element in the nature of business we are dealing with, which leads to maintain better customer relationship to which we find the key of success. And hence we are committed and we guarantee that we deliver only new, hygienic and safe products to our customers
We do not accept returns on any apparels due to hygiene reasons.
All our products are personal in nature and we recommend you to ask us questions at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the customer care phone number, before confirming your order.
- In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
- For hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept replacements or exchanges of products in following categories: contraceptives, night wear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipments and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country
- We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.
- In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.
How to Return the product and ask for refund, replacement or exchange only when it is applicable
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If it is required to return the product in case of damaged/defective item please gather the product/s you would like to return/exchange and click a close-up picture of it using a better phone camera for better resolution which clearly shows the condition of the product, its packaging and any associated booklets or tags intact. Then click the ‘Request Return’ button at the end of this section, fill the form with information of your original order, upload the pictures you clicked, select the reason for return and choose the relevant refund/exchange option. Submit the form with any special remarks or instructions you may have for our Returns Department. Allow 48hours to approve the return request and email you the approval of the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
After you have received the approval, please use the envelope provided inside your original order to carefully pack the return items and securely seal it. Within 3-4 business days we will get the return package picked up. However if your pin code is not serviceable by our courier partners we will ask you to use the label attached to the Return Checklist and mail it to us at our the Distribution Centre. Once we have received the return package and inspected it, we shall initiate the refund/exchange process and communicate with you via email with the status of your return request and follow through till you get the replacement or till your refund is processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
